Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns must be approved before sending any items back.
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Food items (such as honey or coffee)
  • Personal care items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
